I'm Giulia, I've always been sporty since the age of 5: swimming, basketball, triathlon, canoeing, etc., and for about 7 years I did track and field, particularly as a hurdler. Due to private vicissitudes I had to take a 2-year break. After moving to Germany, I wanted to resume with sports activity to keep active and decided to join a gym and from there my great passion was born, which still accompanies me now! I don't just train but I also like to study subjects like anatomy and biomechanics and have a scientific approach, combined with my personal experience. I always feel like a student ready to learn and to prove my knowledge in the field. Practice what you preach!
